Stay In Your Lane

Stay In Your Lane

Do not worry about the people riding behind you on your bumper; your rearview miror the cars behind me were close, the cars on the right and left were passing by me, and I felt the need to speed. After speeding and seeing the water splash on my windshield and fear of hydroplaning, I decided to slow down, and it was then I reminded myself of the importance of staying in my lane and going at my own pace. I had peace of mind going at the speed that I was comfortable with- The same goes for life...

STAY IN YOUR LANE AND GO AT THE PACE THAT GOD IS DIRECTING YOU TO GO

Do not be intimidated or worried about the people passing you by; it's their journey, not yours.

-Do not worry about the people that are in front of you; you do not know when they started their journey

- Do not worry about the people riding behind you on your bumper; your rearview mirror is smaller than your windshield for a reason

- Stay focused on moving forward and in your lane at the pace that God is leading you

It's your journey; take it in, rest, and pace yourself.

Life is a journey, not a destination - India Arie.
