I had the opportunity to write for 40 Magazine and I am so excited to share this blog feature with my Royal Court. Being a professional in Corporate America has it's challenges but you do not have to go at it alone. As for me I know what it felt like to not be my own advocate and not to have an advocate, I know what’s it’s like to go into a 1:1 and completely thrown off guard by the feedback you receive when you know you have shown up.
